The Villa – Dimora San Jacopo – offers a wonderful “home within your own walls” experience in Tuscany, far from the crowds, with all the comfort and freedom you desire.

In this version (16&1 guests), Villa Dimora San Jacopo – the farmhouse – is composed of four different and exclusive charming residences (two of which are Family Suites). Each unit features bathrooms with rain showers and complimentary toiletries for your arrival and can accommodate up to 16 guests in spacious double and twin bedrooms, with either single beds or a double bed and a private bathroom.

These bright residences are equipped with all modern comforts, including a 42-inch LCD satellite TV in the living room and a 38-inch TV in the master bedroom, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, and a private intruder alarm system.

Interiors reflect the soul of traditional Tuscan farmhouses: terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams, hand-decorated walls, rustic fireplaces, outdoor pergolas and private gardens, all carefully furnished in an elegant country-chic style.

Set on the gentle hills of Valdera, DSJ Tuscany Grand Retreat is an exquisitely restored 18th-century farmhouse, easily reachable from Pisa (about 40 minutes) and Florence (about one hour). The fully fenced property is surrounded by two hectares of olive groves, landscaped as lawns, and offers a barbecue area, covered private parking and an automated entrance gate. The garden is filled with Mediterranean scents — roses, lavender, rosemary and cypress trees — and opens onto a stunning infinity pool, the perfect place to watch the sunset and reconnect with nature. The pool area features a large sunbathing terrace, comfortable loungers, shaded seating areas and night-time lighting. The pool is salt-purified and open from late April to early October.
For an extra touch of indulgence, guests may also enjoy private access to a mini thermal whirlpool pool.

Payment & Cancellations

To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to 50% of the rent.
Deposit payment must be made within 48 hours of accepting the rental agreement.
The balance of rental and damage deposit must be paid no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. All payments are non-refundable.
